At SG Imports, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing
We usually dispatch all orders within one business day after we receive your order and payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier service, public holidays, adverse weather, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Large Quantity Orders
Orders containing large quantities of products may require additional processing and packing time.
For large quantity purchases, please allow one or two additional business days for dispatch.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including postcode and contact information.
SG Imports cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery times stated above, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the delivery service, delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control may occur.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and products.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the relevant courier.
7. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
